Roofing Unlimited has been in operation for over a decade. Since its interception in 1995 The owner and now President Of Roofing Unlimited Inc. Mr. Jason Marchelletta has focused all his attention on building a clean safe efficient operation that can provide the most professional installation available today by the most highly trained and professional installers in the business. Roofing Unlimited Started out as small owner operation and has evolved into a corporation compiled by family and a tight nit of Employees. We Strive on retaining that small business attitude over the years and yet still have the manpower to handle anything roofing from the smallest of projects to large scale custom home to high rises. Mr. Marchelletta Has been working in the roofing Industry for over 20 years. In that time he has personally overseen many operations from many different companies whom he had personally worked for. He has developed a system from bidding to installation and has the education and knowledge to achieve a Leak Free and Trouble Free roof installation time after time with absolutely know call backs for any reason.

      Over the last 12-15 years there has been many major advances in the roofing industry mainly due the need for a more durable, efficient and longer lasting roofing system. There are many different types of Rubberized plastic compounds that have been carpeted into the build up of roofing products in recent years. With the addition of these constituents, products like underpayments, cold applied mastics, hot tar and cap sheets will no longer suffer from premature deterioration and early decomposition breakdown.

      With all that said your typical housing tract building in the 80's with a tile roof was more times than not given the building code minimum required #30 lb. organic felt paper, these "organic" type felts yield a 10-20 year life span. Which if you consider the tile that protects it carries a lifetime Warranty from the Manufacture.

      The answer is obvious and since the building code is not likely to change anytime soon, thus their 50-year codes.... Than the roofer has to change his operation and start to educate himself in order to provide the consumer with the best possible options without sacrificing quality. Roofing shouldn't be about cheap products, cheap labor and worthless warranties, it should however be about quality products and quality Installations that are not cheap and last a Lifetime.
